1. When will my order be shipped?

Usually, we ship all orders the same or the next day and share the tracking information with you within one business day. However, if you’ve placed the order and haven’t received the tracking information, write to us at support@herbanbud.co and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

2. What is the Farm Bill of 2018?

The Farm Bill of 2018 legalized the commercial production of hemp. Any products that contain 0.3% THC are considered federally legal. However, laws for the sale of legal cannabis vary in different states. You can check the legal details of your state before purchasing hemp products.

3. What is THCa?

THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw and live cannabis plants. It is the non-psychoactive precursor to THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the compound responsible for the "euphoric lift" associated with cannabis. THCa is also believed to have potential therapeutic properties. Preliminary studies suggest that THCa may have anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, anti-emetic (anti-nausea), and possibly anti-cancer properties.

4. Do you make your own products?

We manufacture our oils and edibles at our facilities in Los Angeles, California, and Austin, Texas. Our Flowers and cannabinoids are sourced from some of the best farms in the US.

Sometimes, we also collaborate with third-party manufacturers to bring you something extra special. In such cases, we announce the details on our social media channels so you know exactly who we’re collaborating with. 

5. What is a Certificate of Analysis?

The Certificate of Analysis is issued by a DEA-registered lab statement of authenticity and legality. In a run-in situation with the cops, you can show them this certificate to prove that the product you have on hand is 100% federally legal hemp.
