Shipping Information
We know you're excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it to you quickly, discreetly, and with everything you need in the box.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase - and most go out the same day they're placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your label is created.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS, selecting the best carrier and service based on your location and order. Delivery speeds vary by destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding, product names, or indication of contents on the outside. Only the return address and shipping label are visible.
What's in the Box
Every shipment includes:
- Your order, carefully packed to protect freshness and prevent damage
- Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all applicable products, so you have full transparency into what you're receiving
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package directly on the USPS or UPS website using that number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Cancellations page for instructions on how to file a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
We're only able to ship to addresses where our products are legal to receive. If you have questions about whether we can ship to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
