1. What is Delta 9 THC?

Delta 9 THC is one of the major cannabinoids found in the marijuana plant. As per the Farm Bill of 2018, the consumption of Delta 9 THC is considered legal when sourced from hemp plants that contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight.

3. What is the Farm Bill of 2018?

The Farm Bill of 2018 legalized the commercial production of hemp. Any products that contain 0.3% THC are considered federally legal. However, laws for the sale of legal cannabis vary in different states. You can check the legal details of your state before purchasing hemp products.

4. Do you make your own products?

We manufacture our oils and edibles at our facilities in Los Angeles, California, and Austin, Texas. Our Flowers and cannabinoids are sourced from some of the best farms in the US. 

Sometimes, we also collaborate with third-party manufacturers to bring you something extra special. In such cases, we announce the details on our social media channels so you know exactly who we’re collaborating with.

5. What is a Certificate of Analysis?

The Certificate of Analysis is issued by a DEA-registered lab statement of authenticity and legality. In a run-in situation with the cops, you can show them this certificate to prove that the product you have on hand is 100% federally legal hemp.
